I have been a loyal customer of Global Fund Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-6219-NOQ-8652) on August 5, 2012, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $395.39 refund only covers part of what I paid for the training session, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
