I purchased a device from Global Fund Ltd. on June 21, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Caesar B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

The situation with Global Fund Ltd. has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the subscription plan, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-79E10A2B multiple times.
