On September 19, 1973, I signed up for Quality Construction's repair service at their New Christina, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $893.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Michaela X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
