I have been a loyal customer of Luxury Suites International Singapore City for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-7474-FJK-8513) on June 23, 1985, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
