I am writing regarding order #ORD-1454-CYB-8941 placed with Luxury Suites International Singapore City on September 12, 1973. I paid $854.70 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Esta D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Apr 26, 2025 05:32Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $271.76 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium membership, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
