I am writing regarding order #ORD-1454-CYB-8941 placed with Luxury Suites International Singapore City on September 12, 1973. I paid $854.70 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Esta D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $271.76 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium membership, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
