I want to report a serious concern with The Luxury Escape's account that I purchased on July 27, 2022 from your Lake Shaina, Alaska store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rhiannon L., but my issue remains unresolved.
