I purchased a software from Build & Industries Murcia on September 5, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jordane U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
