I have been a loyal customer of Build & Industries Murcia for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-8077-TXZ-7153) on March 14, 1997, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
