I have been a loyal customer of Ultra Fabrication Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-2532-UYM-6699) on June 18, 1995, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 02, 2025 06:01I've received an email from Quinn Anderson at Ultra Fabrication Ltd. offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The tablet was clearly defective from the start.
