I am writing regarding order #ORD-9073-DJB-2213 placed with Ultra Fabrication Ltd. on April 26, 2017. I paid $356.40 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alicia J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $99.20 refund only covers part of what I paid for the subscription plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
