I am writing regarding order #ORD-9073-DJB-2213 placed with Ultra Fabrication Ltd. on April 26, 2017. I paid $356.40 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alicia J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 08, 2025 05:55Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $99.20 refund only covers part of what I paid for the subscription plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
