I am writing regarding order #ORD-4725-ZRG-5321 placed with Standard Production on April 22, 2006. I paid $331.98 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but David M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 08, 2025 05:53I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smartwatch from Standard Production not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
