I purchased a device from Advanced Projects & Sons International on January 11, 1989. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cristopher D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 07, 2025 05:13I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The air purifier from Advanced Projects & Sons International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
