I want to report a serious concern with Serene Lodge Johor Bahru's solution that I purchased on June 8, 1995 from your Trinityfurt, Minnesota store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Milan K., but my issue remains unresolved.
