I'm writing to complain about the installation service I received from Serene Lodge Johor Bahru. After paying $955.39 for software, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Nakia B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Apr 27, 2025 05:40I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The t-shirt from Serene Lodge Johor Bahru not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
