On February 17, 1979, I signed up for Pinnacle & Partners's troubleshooting service at their Faytown, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $413.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Virgie O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
