I want to report a serious concern with Pinnacle & Partners's solution that I purchased on April 9, 1977 from your Carliebury, California store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Valentin O., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 18, 2025 05:52I appreciate Pinnacle & Partners reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement television has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
