I have been a loyal customer of Accommodations Hospitality for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-1242-VWZ-6127) on December 26, 2011, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Accommodations Hospitality called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
