On September 4, 2009, I signed up for Mansion at Cozy Chiang Mai's training session at their Feestville, Montana location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $465.64, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rigoberto V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The formal shoes from Mansion at Cozy Chiang Mai not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
