I am writing regarding order #ORD-1441-FQH-7559 placed with Mansion at Cozy Chiang Mai on September 28, 1982. I paid $297.33 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Grover J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 26, 2025 05:46Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $116.72 refund only covers part of what I paid for the installation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
