Complaint Details

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1441-FQH-7559 placed with Mansion at Cozy Chiang Mai on September 28, 1982. I paid $297.33 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Grover J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $116.72 refund only covers part of what I paid for the installation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
