I am writing regarding order #ORD-5099-OUA-9301 placed with Mansion at Cozy Chiang Mai on October 5, 2013. I paid $707.91 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Erling F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

The situation with Mansion at Cozy Chiang Mai has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the expedited shipping, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-E77DB99F multiple times.
