I want to report a serious concern with Serene Suites & Group Ltd.'s account that I purchased on April 16, 2024 from your Lake Idellside, Idaho store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Beulah J., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The sweater from Serene Suites & Group Ltd. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
