I have been a loyal customer of Standard Craft Inc for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-3960-JWU-7250) on June 20, 1999, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Standard Craft Inc called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
