Refund refused by Standard Craft Inc

On October 12, 2020, I signed up for Standard Craft Inc's troubleshooting service at their South Vanessa, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $621.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Beulah P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 16, 2025 05:55Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $348.43 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
