ATM malfunction at SecureEquity resulted in lost funds
Complaint Details
On April 17, 2018, I signed up for SecureEquity's return process at their Kristofertown, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $610.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ladarius R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 01, 2025 05:44Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $56.51 refund only covers part of what I paid for the installation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
