I want to report a serious concern with SecureEquity's service that I purchased on November 22, 1993 from your Jermeyburgh, Virginia store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Arlie H., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $458.14 refund only covers part of what I paid for the personal shopping service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
