I have been a loyal customer of Royal Reserve Advisors Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-7766-RAY-1864) on October 5, 1983, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Royal Reserve Advisors Group, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my laptop. This is extremely frustrating.
