Unresolved issue with Royal Reserve Advisors Group product

I purchased a account from Royal Reserve Advisors Group on August 17, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Erica J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 06, 2025 05:35Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $203.32 refund only covers part of what I paid for the delivery service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
