On July 29, 1988, I signed up for Advanced-Homes's support package at their Mohrport, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $420.47, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alvera X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

The situation with Advanced-Homes has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the priority service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-D4AAC89C multiple times.
