On September 25, 1995, I signed up for Quality Manufacturing Inc's support package at their Hirthemouth, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $180.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Matt L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
