On December 15, 1978, I signed up for Quality Manufacturing Inc's support package at their Ritchiemouth, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $451.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Glenda W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After speaking with Avery Allen from the Customer Retention at Quality Manufacturing Inc, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
