I am writing regarding order #ORD-1727-UUF-8419 placed with LibertyFinancial International on October 21, 2009. I paid $930.59 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lula T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
