Misleading advertising by Premier Design Enterprises

I have been a loyal customer of Premier Design Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-2545-EIX-2715) on May 17, 2014, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 18, 2025 06:10Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $302.35 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium membership, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
