Frustrated with The Serene Resort Woodlands Ltd.'s lack of response

On December 13, 2010, I signed up for The Serene Resort Woodlands Ltd.'s return process at their Trompport, Washington location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $512.47, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hailee I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
