I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from The Serene Resort Woodlands Ltd.. After paying $492.55 for application, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Odell W., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 05, 2025 05:32I want to acknowledge that The Serene Resort Woodlands Ltd. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $122.63 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $122.63 for a jeans that never worked properly.
