On May 28, 1976, I signed up for The Silver Suites Ltd.'s setup assistance at their Edport, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $602.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lucy Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 27, 2025 05:27Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $403.15 refund only covers part of what I paid for the personal shopping service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
