I have been a loyal customer of Steel-Build Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-1185-SSG-7190) on October 19, 2007, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
