I'm writing to complain about the premium plan I received from Steel-Build Corp.. After paying $658.18 for system, I found that it is not compatible as claimed. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Alycia L., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $373.26 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
