On April 27, 1982, I signed up for The Grand Inn's installation service at their Lake Sincerestad, Texas location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $770.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Josie N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
