On December 20, 2007, I signed up for The Grand Inn's repair service at their Christiansenhaven, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $536.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Durward W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, The Grand Inn has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their repair service.
