I want to report a serious concern with Cash of Secure's tool that I purchased on June 11, 1982 from your Effertzbury, Missouri store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ruby P., but my issue remains unresolved.
