I purchased a account from United-Contractors Kota Kinabalu on August 18, 1989. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Camden Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, United-Contractors Kota Kinabalu has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their premium account.
