I purchased a solution from Golden Haven Experiences on September 10, 1989. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sylvester M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
