I want to report a serious concern with Golden Haven Experiences's equipment that I purchased on November 29, 1985 from your West Myrtis, Louisiana store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Aniyah V., but my issue remains unresolved.

After speaking with Hayden Anderson from the Customer Experience at Golden Haven Experiences, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
