I am writing regarding order #ORD-2571-YCM-7389 placed with Dynamic-Components on August 24, 1991. I paid $112.33 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Era N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
