Quality issues with Dynamic-Components product

I want to report a serious concern with Dynamic-Components's platform that I purchased on August 18, 2020 from your Addisonfurt, South Dakota store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alessia E., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 23, 2025 06:05I've received an email from Hayden Martin at Dynamic-Components offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The television was clearly defective from the start.
