Misleading advertising by Projects Builders

On July 4, 1987, I signed up for Projects Builders's technical assistance at their Lake Keshaun, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $791.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Isaias C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
