I want to report a serious concern with Projects Builders's package that I purchased on July 1, 1970 from your New Drewville, Hawaii store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Coty O., but my issue remains unresolved.
