Warranty claim denied by Projects Builders

I have been a loyal customer of Projects Builders for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-3123-MWI-7614) on October 2, 2018, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
