I purchased a membership from Precision Production Inc on July 30, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dan Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
