I have been a loyal customer of Precision Production Inc for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-2545-BAT-8607) on June 10, 2009, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Precision Production Inc reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement camera has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
